Bagatelle Group to Expand its Empire to Mykonos This Summer

As people have been forced to limit their travel for the past two years due to
pandemic-related travel restrictions, summer 2022 is sure to be one for the books as
vacationers are able to return to their favorite destinations.

One of the most popular travel destinations within Europe is Mykonos, a Greek island in
the southern part of the Aegean Sea. While Mykonos has been attracting tourists since
the 1920s, it has become increasingly popular in recent years as celebrities, top models
and star athletes flocked to the island for its unique energy and captivating scenery.
With Mykonos being such a popular destination, there are reported to be more than one
million visitors each summer, on average. This is why Mykonos was a no-brainer as
Bagatelle Group began discussing the location for their next restaurant.

Bagatelle is a French group that has restaurants and beach clubs that embody the spirit
of the French Riviera all over the world. Founded in 2008 with its first location in New
York’s beloved Meatpacking District, the group has since expanded all over the world to
major cities such as London, Miami, St. Tropez, St. Barths, Tulum, Dubai and more.
Adding to its list of prestigious destinations, Bagatelle Mykonos will be opening its doors
on the 24th of May.

Bagatelle Mykonos will include all things elegance with a fun atmosphere and delicious
food. The party will begin at sunset, with resident DJs spinning and people dancing
about. Whether indulging in the restaurant, lounge, or the bar, the fresh fruit cocktails
and dishes offered are an ode to the pure essence of Bagatelle: a love letter to the French
joie de vivre.

As the lead chef of Bagatelle Group, Rocco Seminara will be working with Joseph Kahat
to bring fresh Mediterranean cuisine to Mykonos. Seminara is best known for his work
at the Hotel Martinez in Cannes and at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, and he is the
2016 winner of the prestigious Neptune Prize, awarded by renowned chef world Joël
Robuchon. Kahat was born and raised in Greece, and has worked alongside Michelin-starred chef Philippe Geneletti, and other renowned chefs including Michaël Fulci and
Eric Trochon.

The dishes at Bagatelle Mykonos will incorporate a spirit of discovery that is meant to be
shared with friends and family. From fresh pita bread with zaatar or Greek yogurt with
honey, to the catch of the day and delicious lamb chops, there is something for everyone.

Bagatelle Mykonos is sure to be yet another success from this world-renowned group, as
people flock to the Greek islands and find themselves indulging in stunning food in an
