Remains of the accursed boat Titanic will be gone by 2050

The remains of the accursed boat Titanic could completely vanish by 2050. Experts from UNESCO warned that the debris of the ship could fall apart rapidly. Factors like pollution, expeditions, and bacterial growth are to blame for the disintegration.

The accursed boat sunken into the Atlantic ocean in the morning of 15 April 1912. Expeditions in 1987 revealed the site where it landed on the ocean floor. These expeditions have brought back items from the ship. Unfortunately, however, they have also contributed to its further ruin.

UNESCO also warned that underwater heritage sites are at risk because of pollution. However, it called for worldwide consensus to preserve these heritage sites.
