Why Sustainable Health Matters with Marco Laterza

Now more than ever, health matters. As challenging as 2020 was, the last 12 months revealed the importance of health and how it should never be taken for granted. And while covid certainly stole the spotlight when it came to health matters, physical fitness and mental health have also been profoundly impacted in the last year as a result of quarantine and social distancing mandates across the world. As many companies and businesses are waking up to the fact that employee health matters—both mentally and physically, many have begun to implement new practices and programs to help enrich the lives of their staff and employees. One up-and-coming corporate health expert brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this new frontier of health with tailor-made plans and programs for corporate companies. Introducing Marco Laterza.

Following his time in the corporate world as a banker in wealth management, Laterza left behind the corporate lifestyle to pursue a career in fitness. He later went on to grace the cover of 21 fitness magazines around the world including Men’s Health, Muscle and Performance, and Muscle and Fitness. Though his experiences in both corporate as well as fitness have come full circle as today, he specializes in building and creating resourceful programs for corporate employees to utilize. Programs can include one-on-one training, virtual sessions, counselling, dietary advisement, corporate speaking, and mental health support.

“I really strive to help businesses and companies design effective programs that benefit an employee’s physical and mental health,” Laterza says. “From encouraging better eating habits to helping maximize productivity to helping maintain mental health needs, I’m aiming to help businesses evolve their health services to newer and better standards.”

More and more, as the corporate world begins to embrace the ideals of whole health, Laterza is at the forefront of the health movement with programs that will not only help benefit a company’s performance and overall productivity, but will change the lives of employees for the better with sustainable and holistic solutions.
